REFUND POLICY

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at strengthculturedesign@outlook.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address: PO BOX 99900 XY 961 228, RPO MARION, WINNIPEG, MB, R2H 2B1.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You can always contact us for any return questions at strengthculturedesign@outlook.com.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. As each garment is individually hand-printed, minor variations in ink placement and color intensity are inherent to the screen printing process and do not constitute a defect.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
Due to the limited edition nature of our products, all sales are final on sale items and gift cards. We do not accept returns on items that have been worn, washed, or removed from their original packaging.

Exchanges
Due to the limited edition nature of our drops, we are unable to guarantee product availability for exchanges. We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please follow the return process and use your store credit toward a new purchase, subject to availability.

Store Credit
Strength Culture does not issue cash refunds. All approved returns are issued as store credit to be used toward a future purchase. Store credit does not expire.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return and let you know if store credit has been approved. If approved, store credit will be issued within 5 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, including on defective or misprinted items.

European Union — 14 Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

In accordance with EU consumer protection law, customers located in the European Union are entitled to a full cash refund to their original payment method rather than store credit. We will process your refund within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting your return. Please remember it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us at strengthculturedesign@outlook.com.
